
BIOGRAPHY
´Chef Ferdi Yungaci is a real hospitality admirer, from the very beginning He started his food career as a Culinary Intern at the private hotel in Turkey. While he studying in University, Ferdi, participated one of the biggest International Gastronomy Festival in world which shows up in Istanbul ever year and Ferdi got Silver and Bronze Medal.
After successful education period , Ferdi, graduated from the Best Culinary Arts School in Turkey and started to work in one of the best Hotel in Europe which is called Ciragan Palace Kempinski Istanbul. Chef Ferdi, has already set his goals and started to move forward to make his dreams come true. He started his international hospitality career in Italy and was working in a Fine Dining Torrevecchia Restaurant. His passion was to travel a lot and to learn the world food culture and he moved to Grand Hyatt Doha Qatar to get his dreams closer. After his first experience in Middle East, Chef Ferdi decided to move to Dubai due to one of the biggest Gastronomy market in around the World. Chef Ferdi, held the supervisor positions, The Ritz Carlton Jumeirah Beach - The St Regis Dubai - W Hotel Dubai .. He had the honor to cook personally for celebrities as David Guetta, 50Cent, Tarkan, President of Azerbaijan Mr Ilham Aliyev, President of Kazakhstan Mr Nursultan Nazarbayev, President of Turkey Mr Recep Tayyip Erdogan ,Vladimir Putin Russian President
as well as for Sheikh of Dubai. After full of his 5 years Middle East Experience he decided to move to other part of the world to start his new adventure and his new experience in The St Regis Astana which is capital of Kazakhstan, where he had an honor to cook together such celebrities as ** Michelin Starred, Giancarlo Perbellini and ** Michelin Starred Alberto Faccani. After all this beautiful experience, he got inspired and he is look forward to have more experience with Michelin Starred kitchens and chefs.
After, setting his goals to Michelin Star, Ferdi had a great opportunity to join the team of Paco Perez ** Michelin Starred Enoteca Restaurant in Barcelona.
He believes in the creativity and innovation.
Learning is the most lovely experience in the life and to combine your knowledge with your creativity that's all about my lifestyle.
